Ocean Beach Pier Condo

Way too expensive for what you get! Positive: The kitchen equipment was very good. The rooms were spacy. Negative: The property is only 200 yards away from the old Ocean Beach Fishing Peer, which is now a gathering point for homeless people, alcoholics and drug users. The beach itself is fairly dirty :(! Very loud neighborhood especially at night! Property is right under the flight pass of airplanes taking off at Lindberg Field. You can hardly sleep after 6:00 am :(! Furniture is very old and needs repair or replacement. Cleaning at arrival was not well done! Spider webs were still in corner of dining section.

Einzigartiges Erlebnis, jederzeit wieder! Positive: Super Lage am Ocean Beach, über den Pier ist man in 2 Minuten an allen Bars! Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Negative: Es ist keinerlei Kritik nur persönliche Anmerkungen! Das Bad hat kein Fenster und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man sich einen größeren Leihwagen gemietet hat ist der Parkplatz extrem klein.

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. It’s less than a block from the beach (the pier is still closed) with beautiful views. The best part was being able to walk to any restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It made our evenings stress-free and low-key. It was within 15 minutes of so many attractions we visited- the Zoo, Balboa Park, the Midway, etc. Getting to all those locations was quick and easy. The only challenge was the parking spot. It was tiny (parking is at a premium in the neighborhood) and an SUV would never fit. We rented a Camry and everyone had to get out before we parked because the wall was so close. I got really good at it as the week went on! Overall, it was great. There was even a giant neighborhood event with all kinds of food vendors, fresh vegetables, fresh flowers, and drinks on Wednesday night. My teenagers had a great time and so did their parents.

Lovely condo in excellent location Positive: Excellent location, close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Very good shower. Negative: Some of the information contained within the folder was contradictory to that provided by messages (E.g. key for trash/combination code). Lights and air conditioning operation not straightforward.
